Lead
A lead is someone who has shown interest in your product or service but hasn't become a customer yet. It could be someone who filled out a form on your website, someone you met at an event, or a referral from an existing customer. The lead stage is where you figure out if they're worth pursuing further.
How to Access Lead in CRM Module
- Click on The FCRM Module
- Click on CRM Portal Page
Once it opens click on lead and click on the create button
Fill in the following fields and Click on Create Button at the bottom
- Name
- Mobile Number
- ID Number
- Status as shown below
Once Done the lead will be created successfully and you can view them under leads successfully
